Well, that's one way to get rid of a repeat customer. I checked in online. I showed up 7 minutes before the time SportClips told me to be there. Then I was told I would have to wait another half an hour. When I mentioned I had checked in online and that this was the time I was told to come, they said that "Other people got in front of you." How do "Other people get in front" of me? What is the use of an online check-in system if it is so far off? This shows utter disrespect for people's time. I am rating this location at three stars because I have been there several times in the past and usually received friendly and professional service. Quite disappointed today.
